Restaurant Travelers journey to Georgia Tech for an architectural tour of the Hinman Research Building followed by dinner at The Spence.

Hinman, built in 1939 and renovated in 2011, is Tech’s award-winning, interdisciplinary research building. Michael Gamble , Associate Professor of Architecture at Tech and co-founding principal of G+G Architects, leads a tour discussing the history, rehabilitation, and design of this cutting-edge facility.

Following the tour, Restaurant Travelers will ramble over to The Spence, helmed by Chef Richard Blais . The Spence serves classic American dishes using local ingredients.

The cost is $35 per person for APCA members and $55 for non-members. The cost includes dinner, one glass of wine, tax, and tip.

Parking is limited near the Hinman Resarch Building.  We encourage you to valet park at The Spence.
