An Evening with Chocolatier, Kristen Hard

Ansley neighbor Kristen Hard began her culinary career as an executive chef on European sailing yachts and quickly discovered her passion for chocolate. She started a business at age 25 and in ten years became one of the premier international chocolate purveyors. Her retail store, Cacao, has locations in Inman Park, Virginia Highland, and Buckhead.  Kristen has received awards from Food and Wine, Travel and Leisure, and Bon Appétit and is a frequent judge at France’s chocolate competition. She recently invested in a cacao farm in Peru to ensure the quality of her cacao beans. Champagne and chocolates provided.
