Chef Ashley R. Van Cise, personalchef and owner of Wisdom Kitchen,LLC (wisdonkitchen.com), will lead participants in creating a delicious Southwestern meal that is fast and easy, using seasonal produce. Cilantro, lime, jicama, smoky chipotle chilies, and spicy Mexican cinnamon are just a few of the ingredients highlighted in this menu. You will learn how to make flavorful tacos, cut and roast a variety of winter squash, and make delicious chocolate truffles using coconut milk and coconut oil instead of cream and butter.  The cost includes a margarita to sip while preparing your dinner and sangria to enjoy with the meal.
