Ansley Renewed, Our Landmark 20th Tour 

One of Atlanta’s earliest in-town “suburbs,” Ansley Park has long been a favorite for its leafy streets, expansive parks, and elegant homes. Spend a fall weekend wandering the neighborhood and touring some of its newest additions.

Complimentary Muffins and Mimosas
Start your tour in the lobby of Colony House (145 15th Street) with complimentary muffins and mimosas (open until 2 p.m. each day). While you’re enjoying brunch, stop by several fabulously remodeled condos and enjoy their views of Ansley Park from above.

Easily Walkable Tour Path
After finishing brunch, the entire tour route is approximately one mile, centered on our information center at the Colony House lobby. The terrain in this area of Ansley Park is relatively flat, and with typical October weather in Atlanta should allow for a leisurely stroll around one of Atlanta’s favorite neighborhoods.
