2009/2010 Membership and Security Co-op

The Ansley Park Civic Association's current term of membership is October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. Our membership drive begins at the end of August and is completed in time for the annual meeting on October 29. The APCA Directory is printed at the end of December and distributed in January. The names of those paying after December 15 cannot be noted as current members in the 2010 Directory.

Please choose from the six payment options below to become a member of the APCA and Security Co-op. Upon completion of your payment, you will receive an e-mail receipt from Paypal.  Residents will receive a $5 discount on APCA dues only (discount not applied to Security Co-op dues) if payment is made prior to September 30, 2009.

Member Benefits

To be eligible for membership in the Ansley Park Civic Association and the Security Co-op, you must reside in or own a residence (whether single family home, condominium, or apartment) on one or more of the streets listed below and shown on the map: Ansley Drive, Ansley Walk Terrace, Avery Drive, Barksdale Drive, Beverly Road, East Park Lane, 15th Street, Golf Circle, Inman Circle, Lafayette Drive, Maddox Drive, Montgomery Ferry Drive (between the bridge and The Prado), Park Lane, Peachtree Circle, Piedmont Avenue (between 15th Street and Avery Drive), Polo Drive, 17th Street (between Peachtree Street and The Prado), 16th Street (between Peachtree Street and Peachtree Circle), South Prado, The Prado,  Walker Terrace, Westminster Drive, and Yonah Drive.

 

What does membership in the APCA and Security Co-op mean? With APCA membership, you have a voice in preserving Ansley Park as Atlanta’s most treasured in town neighborhood. The APCA has always worked to maintain and improve the quality of life in Ansley Park. As a member, you can attend association meetings and committees, and you can participate in the many special events offered each year: Easter Egg Hunt, Fall BBQ, Halloween Party, Christmas Caroling Party, Neighborhood Socials, Restaurant Travelers, An Evening with...series, Street Dances, Gourmet Diners, and the Tour of Homes. By keeping your membership up to date, you will have continued and uninterrupted access to the members only section of our website.

The APCA sponsors many committees aimed at improving and maintaining the quality of life in the park. These committees include: Environment, Greenspace, Membership – APCA and Security Co-op, Zoning, and Traffic. In addition, the APCA provides several publications to its membership including the Ansley Park Directory (listing all residents) and a monthly newsletter “The Ansleyphile”.

With Security Co-op membership, your street and neighborhood will be safer with 200+ hours of patrols each month by City of Atlanta police officers. You will also receive cards that can be used to notify the Co-op when you are out of town (or use our online form), and receive a yard sign that identifies you as a security co-op member.
