Historic Designation Sentiment Survey - Vote Tallying Procedures

• No Parcel ID - Votes that are not connected to a Parcel ID will be deleted if the voter is not an APCA member. (Apartment dwellers do not have a parcel ID and must be an APCA member to participate in the survey.)
• Duplicate parcel ID's - This can happen if multiple members of a household have emails in APCA's database and they both vote.  Only one vote per household is permitted.  If the votes are contradicting, both votes will be deleted, as they cancel one another out. If the votes are the same, one of the votes will be deleted.
• Votes outside Historic District - Votes from outside the historic district will be deleted if the voter is not an APCA member.
• If you own more than one property you must register separately for each property with a unique email address.
